INTERN SPECIAL: R2700 pm for "surfer" citi Golf, payable in cash monthly upfront (cards + 5%)
Including:
- Unlimited mileage for non-residents, otherwise 200 free kms/day with R1.00 charged per kilometer over 200.
- Taxes, surcharges and VAT.
- Comprehensive insurance with excess as shown in rate table, covering third party claims up to R2.5M, own accident damage and theft. Off-road use, windscreens, tyres, rims and sound equipment are not covered under this insurance. A damage admin fee of R300.00 is applicable for each claim and/or occurrence of any damages/theft.
- Free collection and delivery on appointment during working hours/week days in City Bowl.
- 24/7 roadside assistance.
Excluding:
- R30.00 contract fee per contract.
- Fuel and oil during rental period.
- Fine admin fee of R100.00 per summons issued.
- Damages and breakdowns resulting from abuse and/or off-road use and from use outside the specified Use Zone.
- No-show fee R500.00
- Collection and delivery service on appointment (average charge R100.00, subject to passing past Penny K’s base for contract admin/payments). After hours, holiday, weekends and airport collections charged at R200.
- Young driver fee + R15/day (< 21 years old or license < 2 yrs), plus R500 increase in the applicable excess.
- Optional child seat R10/day.
- Roof racks at R50 per contract
Notes:
- These cars are older models maintained in excellent condition.
- Vehicles are for local use only - within 250 kilometers from the Penny K’s depot as specified - and need to be returned to our base unless otherwise arranged.
- We use mainly Volkswagens because of their quality and reliability, and favour especially the popular Citi Golf for its versatility, sturdiness and simplicity.
- Before receiving your car, you need to produce a valid driver’s license (no endorsements), identity document or passport, and valid credit card.
- We do take an authorization of minimum R2800 on your credit card (this covers your rental, the eventual excess, damage admin fee and petrol).
